135. SOLO: Anxiety, Accountability & Returning to Myself

Season #4

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a little life update of my day today! It's a mix of anxiety, intuition, self-trust, accountability and the growing tension between being and doing. After waking up anxious from a nightmare and struggling to regulate my nervous system, I found myself thinking deeply about the tools, habits, and technologies we rely on and whether they actually bring us closer to ourselves or further away.

I open up about my relationship with data tracking, fitness watches, health metrics, and the pressure to constantly optimize ourselves, especially in the wellness and entrepreneurial spaces. Inspired by a friend’s decision to stop wearing her Apple Watch, I reflect on what happened when I unintentionally stopped using my Garmin and how it actually helped me reconnect to my body, intuition, and self-trust.

I also share the new monthly accountability practice inside the Unlock Your Vitality Community, including the three focus areas I’m currently working on: writing my book, building deeper relationships in my business, and exploring Ayurvedic living.

This episode is a reminder that sometimes healing isn’t about more information, it’s about learning to trust yourself again.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • Navigating anxiety and nervous system regulation
  • The difference between being vs. doing
  • Why wearable data can sometimes disconnect us from intuition
  • Reconnecting to movement, running, and body wisdom
  • Accountability practices that actually feel supportive
